Shipping Policy
At TDW Gifts, Decor and More, we ship exclusively through USPS to ensure reliable, trackable delivery.
Customers can choose between USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail at checkout, depending on how quickly they’d like their order to arrive.
All items are carefully packaged to protect them during transit, and shipping costs are based on USPS rates to keep them as reasonable as possible.
We also offer free local pickup in the Oil City, PA area for customers who prefer to skip shipping altogether.

Return & Exchange Policy
At TDW, your satisfaction means everything to us. We do our best to make things right if a problem arises, while keeping the process fair for everyone.
Refunds & Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us promptly at cm@tdwoodworker.com
. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval and refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because each custom or personalized order is made specifically for you, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We’ll gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect at no cost to you. For other exchanges, please contact us first; you may be responsible for return shipping and any price difference.
Sale Items
Sale or promotional purchases are refunded at the discounted price unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Returns
Email us before sending anything back for full instructions. Except in the cases above, return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For higher-value items, consider insured or trackable shipping.
